Peter Morris is the principle owner of GVP Investment BV. Mr. Morris has developed and acquired over 200 million euros worth of real estate in Portugal as well as Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic. Mr. Morris has over 25 years experience in the Baltic and Central European real estate market, in brokerage, property management and property development. Mr. Morris is originally from New York, and graduated Yale University.

Managing Director Roland Verbrugge B.Sc. B.Ed. studied structural design and construction economics at the University of Eindhoven. For 25 years he has been active as a construction engineer and consultant internationally, as well as serves on the advisory boards of several universities of professional education in the Netherlands.

Mr. Lowe has over 20 years experience in the Portuguese real estate market, building apartment buildings, hotels, housing developments.
